The current locations provided some opportunity for scale, however, hiring cycles were longer than ideal and not always resulting in the desired fit. In addition to the technical and customer facing expertise that was needed, finding a location that provided timezone and German-language overlap was necessary.”

Adaire ramped up both a Customer Service team and Engineering resources within a few months as a pilot, followed by steady and progressive scaling when new hiring requirements emerged. The team is hosted in a fully-secure room meeting similar security requirements as the other locations – enabling compliance with security certifications.
